🔰 Income & Payout Structure

Eligibility: All payouts and incentives will be released only to eligible members who fulfill the required conditions under the company compensation plan, including performance criteria, rank qualifications, and business volume requirements.

🔰 Rank Performance Bonus:

Rank Performance Bonus is calculated and paid on a monthly basis.

Bonus eligibility depends on rank achievement and maintenance as per company policy.

🔰 Generation Income:

Generation income is calculated and paid two times per month. Income is dependent on team performance and active business volume as per the compensation plan.

🔰 Withdrawal & Payout Schedule

Payout Dates: All eligible withdrawals and payouts will be processed on fixed dates every month:

• ▪️ *10th* of every month
• ▪️ *22nd* of every month

🔰 Payment Processing:

Payout processing is subject to successful verification of member details, KYC approval, and bank account validation.

🔰 TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Policy

Mandatory TDS Deduction: As per applicable taxation regulations, TDS will be deducted at source from all eligible payouts.

TDS Rates: The following TDS deduction rates will apply:

• ▪️ 2% TDS: if a valid PAN Card is submitted and approved.
• ▪️ 20% TDS: if PAN Card is not submitted or is not approved.

🔰 Responsibility:

The member is solely responsible for providing correct PAN and KYC details. Incorrect or missing PAN details may lead to higher tax deduction as per government rules.

🔰 Form 16A (TDS Certificate)

Issuance of Form 16A: Growthway Family will provide Form 16A (TDS Certificate) to eligible members once every three (3) months.
